Fr. Bill Rhinehart, C.M. is from a small town in rural Missouri where he grew up with ten brothers and sisters. His vocation began at a young age when he joined the Vincentian priests and brothers as a high school seminarian in 1966. He was ordained a priest in 1979. 

 

His first assignment as a priest was in service to the people of Taiwan, serving in Mandarin speaking parishes. Upon his return to the United States in 1987 his next 20 years of assignments were in several parishes and missions within the Pueblo, Colorado and Colorado Springs dioceses. He returned to Missouri in 2007 to serve as pastor and is now preaching the Word of God through parish missions throughout the United States.
