Format
Missions are either 2 or 3 nights (more and more parishes are choosing the 2 night option to encourage families and young people to attend). The talks reflect a chosen theme and are 45-50 minutes. Other than a microphone and the materials we bring- there is nothing else you have to worry about. Simple. That's our goal.
The talks themselves are crafted for parishioners of all ages (though a special effort is made to attract the young): a mix of humor, scripture and storytelling that is meant to be uplifiting and motivational in nature.

Cost
There is no fee to host a Vincentian Parish Mission. Never has been, never will be. It's how our founder, St. Vincent de Paul, set it up. Our travel, food, materials, posters--it's all on us. We only ask the consideration of a $1000 donation from the leadership of the parish to help cover some of the rising costs. Your choice/ability to do so has no impact on scheduling the mission. The last night of mission a free will offering is made available to those present.
